Pros

It’s a job and they pay you money. Some People are chill.

Cons

The office is 95% white (it’s a hybrid, 2-3days in office; 5 people of go to the office, out of 50+ total). If you’re a Black, Indigenous, Person of Color, I do not recommend you join the office unless you’re comfortable/know how to navigate existing in white spaces. The other day, a white man felt comfortable enough to make a joke about Jeffrey dauhmer’s victims…. It’s that kind of environment. And you can’t just disengage (trust me I’ve tried) because the higher ups are *constantly* pushing programs and events to force you to socialize with people. Again, if you’re used to it- you might be fine. But it isn’t worth the Pennie’s they pay you tbh.

Pros

Nice snacks. Free bagels every monday. Occasional lunches for everyone with some perks from partner companies. Good location for getting things done downtown.

Cons

Abysmal RTO policy, no clear view of client structure, no chance to connect with anyone else on other teams if you're one of the few people in office for your client, very siloed and cliquish during office outings, even when your personal way of working is successful if you don't play by their rules you get dinged. Lack of diversity in the office makes it very uncomfortable for POC to feel fully welcomed. Above all else pay is PATHETIC compared to other agencies.
