Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s important for us to understand what we can improve on. We hope that during your time with us you learnt lots and gained valuable experience that you can take into your next role. Our people and culture make us who we are and I’m sorry to read your experience. We encourage all employees to let us know about concerns when they arise and have a number of channels for doing this. I make myself personally available to our team and welcome the opportunity to talk about anything, so we can listen and respond as necessary. We also offer exit interviews to all employees who leave us as a way to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement. The issues you raise are very serious and I’d have liked to discuss these with you in person before your employment ended. I’m committed to look into the points you make and ensure these are discussed by the leadership team, with appropriate action taken. We currently offer a number of benefits to our people including hybrid working, wellbeing support, private healthcare, enhanced family-related pay, life assurance and summer Fridays, as well as social activities. In addition, we have vouchers and discounts available through our partners. We review our benefits regularly and are open to suggestions if there’s something we’re missing. Whilst we already have a company handbook which covers many of the issues you mention, we know we can always improve communication and training. We’ve been working with an external provider to launch new DEI training which will specifically educate our employees on allyship, unconscious bias, and inclusive language. We’ll also look into whether there are any gaps in our current policies and procedures, and update as necessary. We weren't aware of many of the concerns you have mentioned, so thank you for bringing them to our attention.
