      Pros

      Management team does not have inflated egos like I've seen at other firms. Open door policy. I never work pass 45 hours, 2 weeks of travel tops and no government work. Really flexible firm that really does seem to care about work life balance.

      Be more open to employees, sometimes it seems we're left in dark

      Better schedule than most audit firms (Most of the time I only worked 40-45 hours per week) No government audits Knowledgeable management Flat rate billing (no realization)

      Management can be passive aggressive in how they communicate with staff
