It was a stressful environment to work in at the time, there are new owners now though since I left and much may have changed.

no PPE provided during a global pandemic, no benefits, no sick leave, no covid/hazard pay, horrible hours, horrible pay, poor upper management, disorganized, filthy, poor food safety, poor and completely unsafe work environment. the customers are absolutely rude as well
