Pros

They try to balance the poor salary with some benefits like Christmas parties/ dinners, snacks in the office, WFH (only two days per week, depending on the person), I guess? Giving 2 starts not 1 cause it's a good opportunity for those who want to get experience (internships)

Cons

Most employees are working over 40 hours and are constantly overwhelmed by the workload—overtime and weekend work are expected. The salary is far from reasonable, given the amount of work expected and pressure. When things go right, the company starts hiring like crazy, and when things do not go that right, they don't hesitate to fire, always with the feeling that anyone can be replaceable. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews—they’re from new employees who’ve been asked to write them:)

Dear team member, thank you for your honesty. We can see this wasn't a good experience, and we take that seriously. Workload and compensation are important topics for us, and we know there's no perfect answer to either. What we can say is that we're actively working on how we structure teams and how we support people through busier periods. We also want to address one point directly: we do not ask employees to write positive reviews, and we would never do so. Every review on this platform reflects the personal experience of the individual who wrote it. We believe in honest feedback, including the critical kind, because it's the only way we can actually improve. If you'd like to talk about your experience in more detail, we're genuinely open to that. Your People Team

Dear former team member, thank you for sharing your experience, even though we can see it wasn't a positive one. We take feedback like this seriously, especially when it touches on topics like workload, inclusion and how people are treated day to day. Some of your points, particularly around role clarity and feeling supported as a new starter, are things we genuinely want to get right. We know we don't always succeed, and we're committed to working on that. If you'd ever like to share more directly, we're open to that conversation. Your People Team
