Pros
People are friendly and happy to answer questions. Good career growth if you're just starting out.
Cons
The company's been around for a while so expect a lot of old code (think old .NET and JS). The WFH policy can change at a moment's notice.

Good for entry level to learn skills, most coworkers are very supportive and good team work.
Cons
Sometimes can encounter high pressure. Codebase is quite messy. People are often fixing each other bugs.
