Pros
We were paid 1% of the sales price, lot premium and construction options along with monthly draws. This compensation was back in 2004 through 2008.
Cons
We were on a competitive floor. This is not always a good situation. As I had an amazing team member, but when we were split up and I had to work with a greedy sales team member it can present a problem.
