The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Pros
Puratap is a good product, and they offer a very good service. They employ a diverse range of people in the Call Centre from University students to Senior Citizens, and everyone else in between. Customer service staff were given thorough training about products, and the atmosphere in the call centre was generally civilised. The Outbound Team Managers and Leaders were outstanding, so kind, supportive and caring. The premises were always spotlessly clean due the dedicated work of the cleaner.
Cons
The Inbound Sales Team were made up of mostly youngsters "cutting their teeth" in the world of business. They saw themselves as far superior to all other staff, and were often rude, and this seemed to be encouraged by their Team Leaders, as well as the owner of the company. This ongoing conflict in the workplace lead to a very uncomfortable atmosphere at times.
