Pros

Customer interactions are generally great

Cons

They are untrustworthy as a business. They lie to you and tell you things that will never happen. Nepotism is rampant due to half the company knowing each other from a religious group. Friends hire friends and don't reward non friends.

Pros

Employees were nice, easy job overall.

Cons

Understaffed, constant micromanagement by the corporate office, unrealistic job expectations. You are supposed to make cold calls, which is easy, but you will quickly get distracted by working in the warehouse, taking phone calls, people walking in, etc... If you miss an office call, you will get emails every single day about it. It becomes very difficult when you are the only person in the office "running the store" because it is so understaffed. You are expected to take calls, make calls, prep orders, load contractors and homeowners, make salees, all at once. They will tell you "you have to be better with time management", while in reality can be very stressful and nearly impossible on busy days. Competition is killing their business, but yet blame it on employees for the lack of revenue when the pricing is considerably higher than the competitors in the area. Even though you are hired for sales, you are expected to run warehouse too. The warehouse person also takes care of deliveries, so expect to be in and out of the warehouse for the majority of the day on delivery days, while still expected to make your calls, estimates, prep orders, scheduling, and RFQ's. Worst part of it, you won't make any commissions unless the region meets their goals. You can be great at your job, hit all your goals, and still won't see a bonus when all other stores underperform.
