      There is no any pros to mention. Totally a waste of time

      Cons

      The company always wanted to see profit. They are not considered about their company infrastructure or the employees working over there. The MD who claims to be the incharge of this organisation is totally a mess. He doesn't even know how to behave with the employees. He doesn't respect any employee and seeing them as a piece of paper
