Most of the employees are warm, kind, smart people who really emphasize a sense of community and share a real camaraderie in the face of a challenging work situation.
Cons
Poor pay Minimal vacation time and a disrespect for the requested time off-- meaning it's actually quite difficult to get the time you need off when you need it Emotionally abusive environment. Constant yelling, a great deal of threatening, and no positive incentives or constructive feedback, even when an employee requests it Chasing down management to get answers to questions necessary to do your job
