      Great ethics for a business, enjoyable to come to work - listening when it comes to flexibility needed. Recognition of work done well. Fantastic benefits; something for everyone.

      Nothing that keeps me up at night.

      Pros

      Friendly, open environment. Progressive approach to work-life balance, and allowing people to manage their time. 'We're all in this together' is probably the best summation of the working culture. It's inclusive and collaborative across all levels of the business.

      Cons

      Looking forward to a bigger office. Getting a bit cramped as we grow!
