      Pros

      I totally understand my role- to bill, make money for myself and the company. Having worked in a few firms, i think the infrastructure and support is as good as i've seen. Not perfect but then nothing is. The onboarding and ops team is very slick, as are most processes. The culture is collaborative and people will go out of their way to facilitate introductions. Big push for x-sell which i totally get in terms of client leverage. refreshingly honest approach from management team which i'd much prefer to some of the cloak and daggers i've seen but candour won't be for everyone.

      Cons

      not many that i can see but the internal drumbeat may not be for everyone. It's def less flexible than what i'm used to or have seen but i signed up for that, so no complaints

      The culture is genuinely collaborative, inclusive, and supportive—everyone wants each other to succeed. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and clearly invested in the growth and development of everyone in the team. There’s a strong focus on professional excellence without compromising on personal wellbeing.

      Cons

      It’s a mature office environment, best suited to experienced consultants or junior professionals who are highly self-motivated and willing to invest the time to learn and grow.

      Pros

      I feel it’s incumbent to balance out a couple of the more recent reviews as they seem to me overly negative. I’ve been here coming up to a year but am a fairly seasoned recruiter and I have to say it’s been great so far. The brand and platform is strong and it’s a collegiate environment. New CEO is relatively accessible and has made it clear that expectations and standards have been raised- I guess that means you either opt in or opt out to that. As I say early days but happy with it so far

      Cons

      None really. My aim was to be balanced and like all firms there are some bits to work on but I think everyone is well intentioned here
