Growth opportunities are virtually non-existent, and senior leadership appears to tolerate, or even encourage, toxic management behavior instead of prioritizing a healthy work culture.

- Good brands - Competitive salary - Hybrid mode of work - Menstrual leaves & birthday leave

Cons

- Layoffs in teams after projects are gone, no job security - Poor appraisals after company got sold to Genesis - No cultural events anymore after company got sold either, basically all work and no play - Once you take leave, they won't let you take leaves again anytime soon as they will constantly guilt trip you that you took 3-4 days leave 3 months ago so now no leaves for you

Too much dictatorship , it’s ONE persons way or the highway (exit from the office) Shouting is like too common No boundaries for calls post working hours or on weekends and on leaves too Wfh Is a myth They make you regret if you wfh or take a leave You are humiliated in front of your clients and internal team members
