1. Long working hours with no pay. We used to be promised overtime payment but you will wait forever. They rarely pay 2. Abusive bosses who are also the directors. The verbal abuse received there I have never received in my life. 3. High employee turnover 4. Zero growth. There's a lot of micromanagement with no room for creativity 5. Mental health will be severely impacted. The job is not worth it 6. Constant threats and false accusations 7. Very little training provided

The company is a toxic work environment where the employer does not care of the employee. No life, work balance no respect whatsoever. The owners who are also the CEO's are abusive and mistreat workers. No overtime and long working hours. The HR teams has no say and follow whatever the owners say ( then no need to have them).
