Very flexible and somewhat laid back management style

- Very poor pay for what you do, and as stated below refunds are taken out of the writer’s pocket. - No real connection to management or praise for good work - often feel like you’re churning out work with more thanks from clients than the company. I did not feel at all valued in any way during my time with the business - which is a shame.
