      great colleagues so that made my day fly by. Very nice building.

      Cons

      bad management, Bad salary that never gets upped. Always expecting 100% more than you can humanly possibly do... can't actually have a sick day without being called in to the office and shouted at that your not good enough.

      No corporate-speak nonsense. Open and accommodating management who genuinely care about employees. Flexible working requests are accommodated as much as possible.

      Cons

      Office location is quite remote, but home working is available (either fully or hybrid)

      everything. people, environment, work ethic, management, facilities, earning potential.....very good place to work. not being biased either.

      they just need some better coffee!
