Pros

Pros of working here are all being taken away.

Cons

My time at this company was mentally draining and overall just awful. Business practices are very unethical. Management had serious problems keeping people engaged or motivated. The managers I dealt with were unprofessional, made arbitrary decisions, and rarely acknowledged the work you put in. Promises about pay and growth were constantly broken, and the bonus structure disappeared after just a short time. Remote work during the pandemic was handled inconsistently, with some people treated better than others for no clear reason. Leadership changes after the private equity acquisition only made things worse, leaving the company in chaos. The lack of support and appreciation made leaving an easy decision.
