      Good for short period of time. Wouldn't really recommend.

      Pros

      Good experience when it comes to work. People in my department were good to talk to.

      Cons

      People in general are quite rude and insensitive. The HR isn't approachable. People there have a lot of bad attitude, except some. It's not a workplace I would chose to work forever.

      1. Great learning experience, when it comes to handling various brands. 2. Exposure to various strategies of brand management, online and offline 3. Understand what drives sales for high end brands. 4 .relaxed work culture, no dress code. 5. No communication hurdles with senior management. 6. good opportunity to work with some big names in the fashion industry.

      Cons

      1. Extremely snobbish, and gossiping colleagues. Difficult to trust people here 2. Work load is usually dumped on people without any saturday off. 3. Theres a lack of humility in the staff, no one takes responsibility for their mistakes. 4. Extreme salary disparity. Some undeserving people get payed way too much than their credentials. 5. Senior management doesn't appreciate and highlight the ones who really work hard here , they ignore work life balance
