Management will micromanage every single thing anyone does on the place. When management makes a mistake they use employees as scape goats. You are not allowed to socialize at work. You are not allowed to have an opinion about the product unless it's a Tailored one done by management. Do not post on social media about anything you will lose your job They expect you to work OT on your own time and not expect any compensation for it. Most of the staff you work with only speak Vietnamese and not French nor English. They are amazing people but communication is extremely difficult and causes many safety issues.
