Teachers are not given proper meal breaks and expected to work through breakfast, lunch, and dismissal. Furthermore, teachers are expected to work an offensive amount of hours to meet high demands without nearly enough support. The entire administration is unorganized as far as distributing materials needed to teach lessons (missing chants, posters, etc.) and I agree that certain members of the leadership team are highly unprofessional and new hires are made to feel uncomfortable during "coaching" as it oftentimes takes place in front of students. Due to the understaffing, teachers are expected to perform duties outside of instruction and lesson planning such as monitoring etc. Please be warned that if you are looking for a wholesome environment to work in and long-term career like I was, don't waste your time applying here.
