Salary, social conditions and general environnement of work
Cons
Old buisness and massive disparity with old establishment that dont want to be questionned on their method despite evidence. They get rid of any unfit candidate even if it prove to be a mistake of managment. But for young worker its really good as a start, just be fit to the directive and act low profile
