Great small company to work for. Great people. Great place to work if you're right out of school and need some experience. Will learn a lot.
Cons
Salaries of what you can expect are below. President makes over 225k a year. GM makes over 125k a year. Engineering Director makes 95k+ a year. Senior engineers make around 70-75k+ a year. They been working on the same project for 4 years so stuff can move kind of slow. If you're looking to start your career as an engineer this company can be a great launching pad for you but you can expect to only get paid about $50,000.
