At Pythian you can definitely make an impact. Everyone is remote but we work well together as teams. And the result is very, very effective work. Your contributions are noticed at all levels. It is refreshing to see this in action. You can get help when you need it...the execs are very engaged and committed to supporting sales. Everyone is invested in creating happy customers! And making bonuses!
Cons
It is small enough that if you don't plan to contribute...don't come here. Any lack of commitment will be noticed.
