Being both an event and video production company, the Q Center is filled with talented people who can pass along great experience and knowledge. It is a good starting position for someone who is interested in either of those fields and it can lead to further success in future opportunities.
Cons
The Q Center is filled with conservative and highly religious individuals who will discriminate against you if you are not a young cis-gendered, heterosexual white person. Though they claim to be a progressive and innovative company, they lack all such skills. The culture is vicious and harsh and your team members/supervisors are there to report when you fail, not when you succeed. All department members and HR representatives should not be trusted.
