Pros
There are no real pros working at this company. The environment is very toxic and hostile, abusive behavior seems to be the norm.
Cons
The upper management is known to blame and yell profanities at employees. It was sad to hear the bullying that went on but surprisingly the abused employees accepted that this is the way it is. There is no professionalism at this organization and unfortunately since its run by the family, there's nothing anyone can do to get justice as HR is a family member. There is no work balance as you are required to work very long hours without proper compensation.

Pros
First, there is great leadership in the company, the CEO is very supportive. There is so much opportunity offered here, both if you are an inspector/engineer or administrative/ office personnel. Also, there are so many cool projects that you get to work on, they do work with practically every major company in aerospace, defense, and medical. The inspection equipment is on the cutting edge.

sometimes there are long days when an influx of work occurs
