      Comes with apartment and utilities. Medical,dental, vision benefits, company bonuses year depending on site performance

      Cons

      STRESS, High school drama, NO communication, lack of understanding towards employees expects the impossible. Lack of proper training for new staff. Even when off you still work at some capacity.

      Apartment is not free! It will be taken away from your salary

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. Unprofessional workmates. They will take advantage of you, longer hours of work but no OT pay. They will harass you, abuse you and promises that will never happen! Apartments have lots of bedbugs including those for staff. Save yourself from this horrible management. It's not worth it! They are always hiring bcoz people suddenly realize that the mgt is very unprofessional. If only I could give 0 on this rating I would even negative rating.

      Free apartment Majority of the tenants we managed were great.

      The long hours Salary was very low. Lack of any appreciation and support from management.
