Pros
It's a good company to start your professional career. The workload is heavy, but you get a lot of support from your teammates.
Cons
They require you to have knowledge that you will not use in the performance of your duties, and over time you lose those skills when you want to move to a better position in that company or in another, because initially they hire you as an automation engineer but you end up doing manual testing 100% of the time.
