I initially started working here part time while finishing up my Biochemistry degree with absolutely no sales expereince, but the longer I worked here, the more I started to relize the opportuities that were presented before me. After graduating I started to work full time and within 8 months I worked my way up to the assistant manager position.Now I am set to expand into my own market and be my own boss. I dont know of any jobs that can offer this kind opportunity for an individual to move up through the mangement and training program in such a short amount of time. If someone is driven, self motivated, has a hard work ethic and has that entrepreneurial mindset then this is the perfect opportunity. Overall QC management is a great place for growth and development and has a fun and outgoing team environment with a great competetive nature.
