Great Benefits Package – Comprehensive benefits that go above industry standards, providing strong support for employees and their families.

      Cons

      Fast-Paced Environment – High expectations and a dynamic work pace can be intense, especially during busy periods. Limited Social Interactions – Fewer in-person interactions might not be ideal for those who thrive in physical office settings. Constant Adaptation – As a startup, frequent changes or shifting priorities may require adaptability.

      Pros

      There's a ton of opportunity and the company is really setting itself up for the future. At the same time, co-workers are great to work with (and brilliant).

      Cons

      Things are changing and moving quickly. QC Ware is probably not the right place for someone that prefers the structure in a large company environment.

      Good work life balance Relaxed on-site vs from-home work policy

      Not as much of a meritocracy as one might like, or perhaps it's more that the guidelines as to _how_ to move up the hierarchy are not very clearly defined, and this can lead to confusion and a feeling that things are unfair
