It's probably one the best media company that makes you enhance your writing skill in China ( if you write about fashion, design and tech, not politics). Your colleagues are helpful and open-minded.

Salary is just so-so when compare to long working hour. Hardly have work-life balance. Not much benefits and allowance if that's what you expect. You don't wanna work here if you have children to take care of.
