Pros
Incredibly friendly colleagues who you work with and live with. Lots of benefits including free meals, accommodation etc. on Projects - and flights! and they give u space to grow
Cons
You are expected to work nearly around the clock some weeks but then there are also very quiet periods. I quite enjoyed the late nights anyways as we all lived together and remained dedicated to finishing the Project goals
