It’s mentioned in their SOP Only 1Sick Leave if it’s more than that, Sales Head as to approve, which would never get approved and its companies decision to terminate with out pay if, you take more than 1leave. HR ruthlessly rude and treat 1st level as if they are their personal slaves. No one cares about individuals respect or dignity. You even have to ask permission to go to the LU. Always withheld salaries as the attrition is so high there and their contracts are made in such a way even if you have to get out of the toxic environment, they won’t have to pay you. They have nothing to loose and employees would loose time money and mental peace. Never join them and stick to suffer later. Be wise and understand the terms and force HR to get clarity on every SOP and then decide to move forward
