Pros
One of the key advantages of working here is being surrounded by supportive colleagues and a positive work culture. The leadership, particularly from the CEO, sets a strong example—he is approachable, leads by example, and openly shares his thoughts and direction with the team.
Cons
1. You’re expected to work late almost every day, often doing overtime without a single cent of compensation. If you’re the type who gives your all, be prepared to be taken advantage of. 2.You’re constantly micromanaged and pushed to do work completely outside your role—without recognition or support. There’s no such thing as boundaries here. 3.Even when you’re on leave, you're still expected to reply to messages and handle work on WhatsApp. Time off is never really time off. 4.There have been multiple times where I had to fork out my own money to pay for event-related expenses, and only got reimbursed a month later. Absolutely unacceptable. 5.You’ll occasionally find yourself the subject of backtalk from management—yes, even those in leadership roles. It’s unprofessional and creates a hostile environment. 6.People openly vape inside the office with no concern for others. No one enforces proper office etiquette, and it creates a very uncomfortable workspace. 7.Turnover is insanely high. New hires rarely last long. That alone should raise red flags if you're considering joining. 8. Commissions are often delayed for 1–2 months, and even your salary can arrive 2–3 days late. It’s hard to feel valued when the company can’t even pay you on time. 9. YOU WILL ALWAYS NEED TO WORK FOR LAST MINUTE JOBBBBB.
