      A good starting place. Management can be difficult.

      Pros

      For some a good place to start a career. Really flexible remote working. People care that jobs get done much more than the hours spent on your office laptop. Coworkers can be wonderful people. Coworkers are more than willing to assist you with challenges. Good place to learn new (and old) things.

      Cons

      Management (especially C-level) can be dishonest to employees. Lower level management can needlessly over constrain solutions for problems. Seems to be having turnover problems.

      - Used to be a decent place to learn. - Very little expected from staff.

      Cons

      - All of the most talented staff have left. - Poor wages and benefits. - Management is under-qualified and not up to the job.

      Pros

      QRA is a fantastic place to work. The culture respects individuals and is results-based. Hours are flexible, vacation is unlimited, and opportunities for growth are plentiful.

      Cons

      If you're looking for maximum guidance and little self-direction, QRA is not for you at the moment. There are no corporate cogs. That was a pro for me, but might be a con to others.
