      Pros

      Nothing, they lie about your hours, wages, and time off.

      Cons

      Every single aspect. You drive around in terrible cars that have the doors duct taped shut, the windows are broken, you don't get paid for the time it takes to drive to your job which is normally at least an hour there and back, they don't but permits so I got arrested for doing my job, they didn't give a bonus like they say they would, and the owners are condescending big heads.

      i think the rates are also based on the inputs that we put so lets say of someone puts an extravagant figure for a very basic job title the salary reference will also shoot up
