      Initially everything looks good. You will enjoy there. You will get up in the morning and go to the office with happy face.

      Cons

      Slowly you will understand the politics going on there. Better get a job in some different company if you want to avoid politics and if you want to have a decent growth in your career. Here you won't get the growth. Also many times, salary do not get credited on time and they give the reason "collection is not done, so salary will be late." So choose wisely when choosing your career.
