Management is extremely inexperienced, and work is divided based on friendship. You're friends with the boss; you get beautiful things if you're not you get crappy work This company uses technology from 10 years ago; there is no concern regarding the client's data security or the employee's data security. The CEO's password and the password for all the software are in a word document are on a shared drive that everyone can see. Most people's work is copying and pasting data from one software to the other due to the incompetence of the manager. The company has several issues regarding delivery and promises and they force you to lie to the clients
