1. Management will never listen to your needs 2. Even in lock down need to go to office 3. Treat employees like slaves 4. Sick leave is not acceptable without MC (Just think if you have head ache or fever) management asking for MC even in Covid 19 lock down, that also from selected Hospitals 5. Management never celebrate any occasions, employees need to collect Money and celebrate 6. in lock down if you are taking WFH you only get Basic salary and have to work 10+ hours, to get full salary need to go to office
