      Pros

      If you can demonstrate you are capable, you will be given lots of freedom and autonomy to make a real impact - and the speed of execution is incredible to witness. It feels amazing to be building technology that's genuinely new and different.

      Cons

      There's sometimes a lack of structure and things can change quite quickly - but that's the nature of startups!

      A set of smart people to work with and learn from. Lots of opportunities to own big scopes and grow. Good pay and perks. Interesting engineering challenges. Flexible working & autonomy to operate how you like

      Can be fast paced. Early stage startup pain points. Flat structure needs more people and managers. Remote setting so lack of in person interactions
