Pros
daytime Mon-Fri hours. If you're a temp, you get paid weekly.
Cons
disorganization, VERY high turnover, police getting called every few weeks, lack of resources (always running out of basic parts like boxes, screws, labels, etc), inconsistent and unprofessional management (i.e., being told to lie/omit certain things when clients visit and ask questions, upper management publicly berating employees), minimal benefts, requests to work OT never come more than 15-20 minutes before the end of the shift
