      Pros

      As a Qgiv employee you have a voice, and your voice is heard. Every department sources feedback and collaborates with one another to provide the best fundraising software for nonprofits. I have never seen a company so passionate and one that truly live by it's culture. We work hard, and we play hard. Many companies advertise that they have the best culture, but if you look under the covers they don't actually follow through with it. The Qgiv culture is genuine and focuses on employee growth which ultimately impacts the company's growth. It's an inspiring and innovative environment to be a part of with tons of career opportunity.

      Qgiv has your typical growth challenges, however, for those willing to step up this creates an opportunity to help establish new processes and generate new ideas.
