No Pros as its working on a shell-based approach with no existence in India
Cons
Too much of micro management, no so called product, compiling open source chromium and making it more worse.

If you want to work in a toxic environment and are ready to work on Saturdays without complaining and are ready to put in 12 hours of work everyday (including Saturdays), this is the best company for you
Cons
They say 5 days (you have to work on Saturday without complaining or any extra benefits) They will not give you experience letter even after you complete 3 months of notice period. Working hours is 12 hours daily No annual raise depends on the mood of CEO if he wants he will give you raise otherwise just keep working harder without complaining . If India you are not a part of Qikfox you will work with Methodworks so don't expect any benefits on qikfox (such as esops) you are not getting anything. You are just a slave with the least salary that's all Important: Beware of any false hopes given to you such as shares or US visa etc.. Nobody ever got it what makes you special? They are highly manipulative please don't trust their words unless they give you written proofs of the things they said.
