Pros

I don't seem to find any.

Cons

Joining this company was the most horrible idea of my life.... The owner of the company is very very greedy and egoistic.. They do not care for the employee... They owners cheat both the parent and the instructor and are just focussed on making money. Thank god that I left this company in just 2 weeks.

Pros

Zero prons. They are not at all worth working for. They will make you work like hell and then will not pay you properly. Also no paid leaves at all.

Cons

Not worth it. No paid leaves at all. They will make you work in odd hours and then cut your pays. They are not supportive on your sick days and nothing like appreciation in this company.

Pros

They definitely offer good opportunities to fresher students and a good pay scale in comparison to the other internships out there. They also allow you to work from home with the liberty of choosing your own working hours.

Cons

The management is extremely disorganised and they are constantly making changes to their system and how they approach it. For the year I worked there as a full time employee and a previous intern, there were salary miscalculations every single month that would easily be overlooked if I wasn't careful and consistent with all the proof I could provide. Even then, they would take over two weeks to answer and settle any disputes, and hours of my time in doing so by making me provide the same receipts over and over again to several different people with no real action taken. They also took over a month to comply with my request for an experience letter, and completely ignored the request for a Letter of Recommendation, even though I had great reviews from the parents. They promised a certain percentage or variable in the salary that would be given each month if you provide them with satisfactory work. After great reviews from parents, consistent hours with barely any rescheduling and regular conversions of trials to permanent students, I was never given the variable even though I worked extra unpaid hours to ensure everything would run smoothly. I spent month after month asking different levels of management what I was doing wrong, including the Human Resources and the Co-Founders. I sent them emails and texts regarding everything I had done and how I could improve to be eligible for the variable pay, but I was ignored month after month until I eventually gave up on the idea of variable pay. Overall, the mismanagement and the absolute disregard they have for their employees is not worth it. I wouldn't say they're bad people, but they definitely need stronger systems in place so they can make things easier both for themselves and for their employees. Currently, they choose to switch off their notifications and let their employees agonize over salary miscalculations and receipts that they shouldn't be keeping track of.
