Pros

I joined the organization with the expectation of professionalism, transparency, and employee-centric values. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be the exact opposite. The company lost projects and clients, and during those phases employees were suddenly approached for early release discussions. Many employees who were close to gratuity eligibility were pressured into timelines that benefited the organization financially. At that point, notice period flexibility was encouraged because it suited business cost-saving objectives. However, once employees started securing external opportunities and planning their careers independently, the organization completely changed its stance and began rigidly enforcing the 90-day notice period policy. This inconsistency clearly shows that policies are applied selectively depending on what benefits the company at a given moment. The biggest issue here is not layoffs or project loss — these things happen in every industry. The real issue is the lack of transparency, empathy, and ethical leadership during difficult times. Employees are expected to show loyalty, flexibility, and commitment, but the same level of consideration is rarely extended back to them when it matters most. Communication from HR and leadership is often inconsistent, unclear, and reactive. One day employees are told one thing, and later the narrative changes entirely based on operational needs. Pros: * Some talented and supportive colleagues * Good learning opportunities depending on the project * Work-from-home flexibility in certain teams

Cons

Cons: * Extremely inconsistent HR communication * Policies applied differently depending on business interest * Poor workforce planning and project management * Employee well-being appears more performative than genuine * Leadership decisions create uncertainty and anxiety among employees * Career growth and employee trust are often secondary priorities.
