      Stay away from the qonto way

      — Well organised — "Hyped" startup — Thriving business

      Cons

      It is a glorified assembly chain with monstrous peer pressure and a "sect" mentality. Either you mindlessly adhere to the cult or you will be mercilessly kicked out, regardless of your skillset. Could be a way for junior profiles to kickstart their career, but for everywhere else with a grain of critical thinking, it will most likely be a nightmare. Also HR engages in annoying practices like "explosive offers" and clearly is there just to enforce discipline. Crazy turnover speak by itself. Average salary and no benefits. Avoid.

We're not sure to understand what you describe with HR "explosive offers" but don't hesitate to give us more details. Be sure that the People Team is at your disposal if you need anything.       Hello, we are sorry that you had a poor experience of management within our teams. We do our best to avoid bad practice such as micro-management, for instance by reviewing regularly the training of our managers (many of whom come from internal promotions). We recently created two Learning & Development positions to achieve this objective and we hope this will improve all our employees’ experience!

      Senior Product Manager

      Pros

      Some of the best people to work with. Most of them know what they are doing. Lots of interesting projects. Remote first and they mean it.

      Cons

      Same salary for the last two years. It became even more difficult to get a promotion after the latest changes on job levels and titles. They give you nothing in order to keep you motivated. It feels like they think they are so important that we should be grateful to work there, without caring about life changes, inflation, etc. People work differently depending the country they work from. In France it feels that people do whatever they want comparing to everyone else.
