      Fantastic technology structure, Flexible work (remote or hybrid)

      Cons

      Will say anything to get the sale, putting the teams under constant pressure and give unachievable dead lines. Constant restructure, making people redundant “as there is not enough money” but the VPs and above receive a nice pay rise. Less people means more work for the remaining staff.

      Always restructure, multiple times per year. You’d change 2 managers reporting to every year, senior leadership doesn’t seem to trust anyone
