Working at Qrata is like being part of a welcoming and well-cultured company. I feel empowered as I witness growth. I have areas for improvement, but I appreciate being motivated to work according to my strengths. The personal interaction with higher-ups and the absence of barriers make it easy to reach out. Plus, the mentoring provided on every front creates a comfortable work environment. "Touch wood"

For me, one drawback of working at Qrata, despite its positive aspects, is that I feel a high level of responsibility and the need for constant attention. Because my nature is such, it can be challenging to take time off, as the smooth functioning of the company relies heavily on my individual contributions. The direct impact on the company's growth can result in limited personal free time for me, as others depend on my continuous involvement.
