      All about growth but no employee benefit

      Pros

      Learn a lot about building a company. Have great coworkers but they are all very unhappy. The ceo is demanding and pressure a lot.

      Cons

      Wasn't had proper contract and so many conditions like if you come late the salary is cutted. The office space is verry crowded because it is an open space. So if you did osmething wrong and ceo angry with you, everybody can hear that too. Very bad working environment if you want to work here long term.

      No company rules, Everything seems flexible

      Cons

      The company has no focus where to go, company member are mostly old member who doesnt want to grow, many young people that has no experience, all experienced people already gone, the boss over micro to all people.

      nothing, like literally NOTHING POSITIVE

      CEO is expecting everyone even the senior level to just say "yes, boss" literally.. expecting everyone to just say yes and kill themself in the process if that's what it takes oh btw.. he's not delivering what he promise of commissions for sales team.
