QsrSoft uses kanban methods to focus on getting things done quickly. People know their roles and are eager to deliver. Everyone's really kind.

Pros

QsrSoft is an incredible client-focused organization. Qsrsoft keeps a flat organization allowing employees to focus on adding client value. All employees can have an enormous impact on our clients and organization. You are only limited by your own ambition Teams can focus on solving problems and adding value as a true agile shop with little to no office politics.

Cons

Practices are embedded in the QsrSooft Culture to eliminate friction. Since this is embedded in the DNA of QsrSoft works to fix any issues/cons.
